Battle System

Final Fantasy XII battle system is unlike any of them before. Instead of the random encounters you always get, you actually see the monsters on the field. you go to them instead of them coming to you. You can actually see the real time battles. Final Fantasy XII will have the traditional ATB (Active Time Battle) System, but the graphics will be a lot better and there could be more movement. The characters carry their weapons while they are on the field map just in case they want to go battle.
