After the great battle with Sin 2 years ago, Yuna lost her abilities and she can no longer summon aeons. Yuna's entire look has changed dramatically from Final Fantasy X. She now uses twin guns, her entire look has changed from the formal robes to much more revealing clothing.

Rikku will also be travelling with Yuna on her quest to rescue Tidus. She has also changed her outfit like Yuna, and once again alot more revealing and sexier that Final Fantasy X. But you does keep one trait, her ability to steal objects during battles etc.

Paine, is an elite member of Rikku's Seagull Sphere Hunter Team, She is the "new" character to the first ever sequal to a Final Fantasy Game. Paine wears dark clothing and carries a huge sword, which gives you the impression "pain". Throughout the adventure, she appears a cold and cruel person, who does not reveal her feelings to others.

Nooj is the leader of Alliance Ajito, despite his rebellion against the new teachings of Yevon, he is cool headed and warm hearted.

Baralai is the leader of New Yevon, which holds some dangerous and deadly secrets, New Yevon has earned a general lack of trust from its people.
